Why 1-year TCV (not LTV)
Actual contract terms range 12 to 36 months (average 14 to 17). Using 12 months is a conservative floor. We don't compute full LTV because there isn't enough churn history yet to anchor a retention curve.

100% retention for the first 12 months (no early termination).
No discount or concession erosion.
Deal attribution is correct per Hubspot's curated rules.
Budget-xlsx actuals are authoritative (the Hubspot file's separate Cost column differs by $1K to $1.6K for Cebu and Davao).
